1. Registration Terms

To shop from shop.gdr.systems, you need to register. By registering with your email address, you will avoid entering your name, phone number, and address every time you shop and will also receive additional privileges, such as early access to special offers and discounts. Once registered, you can modify your details in the "My Profile" section.

shop.gdr.systems also allows you to register as a legal entity by entering all necessary company details required for issuing an invoice.

1. General Provisions

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS constitute a contract between you, hereinafter referred to as "USER", and shop.gdr.systems, granting you the right to use the services of shop.gdr.systems under the conditions outlined below. By registering on shop.gdr.systems, you agree to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and any subsequent amendments. If you do not agree with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, please do not use shop.gdr.systems.

shop.gdr.systems reserves the right to modify these TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time at its discretion. The amended TERMS AND CONDITIONS take immediate effect and become binding for the USER from the moment they are published on shop.gdr.systems.

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply exclusively to the relationship between you, as a USER of shop.gdr.systems services, and shop.gdr.systems. You are granted the right to use the services of shop.gdr.systems solely for personal/non-commercial purposes.

Unauthorized use of the content will be interpreted as a violation of the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the Trademarks and Geographical Indications Act, and other applicable laws. The news section on shop.gdr.systems is intended solely for personal information use. GDR SYSTEMS EOOD is not liable for any consequences, including damages arising from or related to the access, use, or inability to use shop.gdr.systems. It is also not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information on external websites linked to shop.gdr.systems. Additionally, GDR SYSTEMS EOOD is not liable for incorrect manufacturer-provided information about product characteristics, including product images.

1. Registration

To order from shop.gdr.systems, USERS must:

1. Accurately complete the online registration form on shop.gdr.systems.
2. Provide complete and truthful data regarding their identity and other required details and update them within seven days of any changes.

If USERS provide false information or fail to update changes, shop.gdr.systems has the right to immediately suspend their registration and access to their account.

VII. Orders

• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Orders placed outside this period are processed on the next business day.
• Orders confirmed by 3:00 PM are shipped on the same business day if the products are in stock and payment is made via "Cash on Delivery."
• If "Bank Transfer" is selected, the order is shipped the next business day after payment is received.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

To place an order, add products to your cart and click "Order". Fill in the necessary details, including:

• Name, delivery address, contact phone number, email address
• Company details for an invoice (if ordering as a legal entity)
• Payment method

After submitting your order, we will contact you for confirmation.

Refunds: If a refund is required for a product or service paid by card, it will be processed as a credit transaction to the same card.

1. Delivery

• Free delivery across Bulgaria for orders over 500 BGN.
• Orders under 499.99 BGN are subject to shipping fees according to Speedy/Econt rates.
• Orders over 500 BGN qualify for free delivery.

1. Returns

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Article 55, paragraph 1), customers can return purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receipt under the following conditions:

• The product remains in its original condition, unused, with all labels intact.
• A valid purchase receipt (cash receipt, payment slip, or invoice) is provided.
• Customers cover return shipping and any additional fees related to the refund.

To return a product:

2. Complete the form and send it to office@gdr.systems.
3. A representative will contact you within three business days to arrange the return.
